Mornings is organised in respect of appointment and staff, courteous and warm in their communication.
Improvement is longer weekday hours e.g 8-8 pm plus Saturday mornings please.
Repeat prescriptions and tie up with Zena is very helpful and good.

Staff kind and considerate and very thorough.
Nothing is to much trouble and they go the extra mile, from reception through nurses to GP's.

We received a call asking us to come early, yet when we arrive we find others in a similar situation and have to therefore sit in the waiting room for ages - what was the point of that?
